Michaila Fowler
Trust Leader of Education: Science
Michaila has been with the Trust since 2020. As Science Trust Leader in Education she has been laying foundations to promote better progress across the three secondary schools in the trust. Evaluating the latest research in science education and sharing this through network meeting and in school support to promote collaboration between schools.
Michaila has twenty years’ experience in teaching science, having leadership roles across Key stage 3 and 4. She has recently become the Head of science at The Heath School and is working towards her NPQLT qualification.
